Jeffrey D. McKinney

Mr. McKinney practices primarily in the areas of business law, taxation and tax controversies, commercial litigation, and administrative and regulatory law.

Mr. McKinney graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law where he attended as a John Thomas Byrum Scholar and served as a staff member on the Intellectual Property Law Journal.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. McKinney obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College.

Mr. McKinney is currently a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
