Philip A. Collins
Philip Collins practices primarily in the area of civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels with an emphasis on insurance claims and coverage matters, personal injury claims, construction litigation, labor and employment law, legal malpractice claims, and repair of potential legal malpractice matters. He has represented individuals, local and national businesses, governmental entities, and insurance companies.
Mr. Collins graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law where he served as a staff member on the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commerce. He has authored numerous publications from the National Business Institute in the area of insurance coverage.
Mr. Collins is currently an active member of the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
