John T. Crook

J.T. Crook is an attorney in the firm’s litigation section. His practice focuses primarily upon civil and insurance defense litigation. J.T. also regularly appears at the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings on behalf of two occupational licensing boards.

Mr. Crook is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the 10th Judicial District Bar, and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Crook’s reported cases include: Estate of Sean Paddock v. Wake County Dept. of Human Services, et al., 674 S.E.2d 689 (N.C. App. 2009); Goodman v. Holmes & McLaurin, et al., 665 S.E.2d 526 (N.C. App. 2008); Magnolia Mfg. Inc. v. Erie Ins. Exchange, 650 S.E.2d 676 (N.C. 2007).
