Kenneth F. Wooten
Kenneth Wooten joined the firm in 1961 as a partner. A former president of the Wake County Bar
Association, he focused his practice on administrative law, professional licensing and condemnation.
From 1948 until joining Bailey & Dixon, Mr. Wooten served as Assistant Attorney General heading the
Highway Division of the North Carolina Attorney General's office. He served as President of the Wake
County Bar Association, before retiring from the practice of law in 1990, 43 years after receiving a
law degree from Duke University in 1947.
